All orders must be insured. Customer pays all shipping cost that will be determinated according to destination, this cost will be pay by the purchaser. Shipping company:

Terms
Seven working days policy return, except on new watches. Watches must be in the same condition as when they were received. Refunds will be made within 72 hours of receipt of return goods less all shipping cost after they have been checked, on the same bank account indicated above. Within 30 days of receipt of money it is necessary to communicate a valid address for shipping, otherwise this will result in loss of funds and the policy return. The final determination regarding the condition of goods will be made by Casowatches.com. Refunds cost will be charged to the customer. The watches we advertise are not necessarily in the possession of Amrita s.r.l. but are available to us and can be found on the market through us. Casowatches.com accepts deposit on the purchase for 15 days after those days the deposit will be totaly lost.
