One of these very special piece is this model featuring a skeletonized dial and case back, produced in a limited run of only 500 pieces.
The present Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso reference 270.6.49 is an extremely rare model of the iconic Reverso by JLC. Produced in only 500 pieces, this spectacular watch is highly sought after by JLC collectors, as it seldom appears on the market. The case is crafted entirely in platinum, with hallmarks on the inner side of the back. A notable feature is the skeletonized dial and back, showcasing the full extent of JLC’s craftsmanship—few brands in the world could achieve such remarkable decoration 20 years ago when this watch was manufactured. The watch is in excellent, original condition and was likely never polished. The case back shows some aging, which is typical for a 20-year-old watch that has never been polished. It comes with the original platinum buckle and a newly made Italian leather strap.
