AUDEMARS PIGUET HUITIEME PLATINUM PERPETUAL CALENDAR CHRONOGRAPH REF. 25751PT

The Huitieme models were introduced by Audemars Piguet in mid-80’s. Characterized by the “Audemars Piguet” signature on the bezel, an automatic self-winding caliber, a 40mm case diameter the Huitieme series are true AP classics which are now being rediscovered by collectors.

The present example is by far one of the most rare and sought after Huitieme models ever manufactured by Audemars Piguet. Coming with a platinum case and equipped with a matching platinum factory bracelet, it’s desirability is further enhanced by the presence of caliber 2226 with perpetual calendar, chronograph, moon phases, leap year indication complications.

At the time of purchase the present timepiece was most likely one the most complicated Huitieme model available on Audemars Piguet catalog. Very few has been manufactured an far less survived in collectible condition over the years. Exceptionally preserved, it was kept with utmost care and attention over the years. Case shows just some light signs of wear, caliber is clean and running, dial is totally flawless.

The watch comes with an Audemars Piguet Extract from the Archives confirming production date in 1995.

GERALD GENTA ASSIMETRIC MOP DIAL BOX AND PAPERS

Gérald Genta is considered one of the most famous modern watchmakers and is known for having created the Royal Oak and the Nautilus. He founded his own brand in 1969 creating masterpieces under the Genta name. In the early 2000s, a new era began for the company when Bvlgari acquired the brand.

This watch is an exceptional and rare asymmetrical Gerald Genta wristwatch. The watchmaking master probably took inspiration from the Cartiers of the 1930s, creating a watch with an oblique case and a dial centered in the upper right side of the case. This asymmetrical GG is further embellished by the mother-of-pearl dial and the finely decorated bezel with pyramid motif. The watch is perfectly preserved, the dial has no cracks, the 18k yellow gold case has never been polished, the manual winding movement works perfectly and the original deployant is still present.

CARTIER ASYMETRIQUE PLATINUM LIMITED EDITION REF. A113

The Tank AsymĂ©trique is another design masterpiece from Cartier. The case has a very special oblique shape, more precisely the shape of a parallelogram. The dial is also unique in its kind, as it follows the shape of the case, so it’s asymmetrical and the 12 o’clock is centered in the upper right side of the parallelogram. The Tank AsymĂ©trique was originally launched in 1932. Over the years, Cartier has revived this model with several limited editions like this one.

This Cartier Tank AsymĂ©trique Ref. A113 is a limited edition of only 100 pieces that was released in 1996. With its platinum case, hand-wound movement and fitted with the signature cabochon, this Tank is an exceptionally rare watch that’s highly sought after by collectors. The condition is exceptional, there are signs of wear on the case, but it appears to be unpolished. The dial is perfect and flawless, the movement works perfectly. The original white gold Cartier signed deployant is still present.

CARTIER SANTOS OCATAGON LAPISLAZULI AUTOMATIQUE

The Santos Octagon is a watch manufactured by Cartier. The octagonal bezel with screws is the feature that distinguishes the Octagon from other Santos models, and was probably inspired by Genta’s masterpieces like the Royal Oak and the Nautilus. Long overshadowed by other Cartier models, it is now a watch that has been rediscovered by Cartier enthusiasts for its exceptional and unique design. It was made in many different sizes, material and caliber variations, and the rarest models are highly sought after today.

This Cartier Octagon is an exceptional example, equipped with a beautiful lapis lazuli dial and an automatic movement. CARTIER CINTREE’ DUAL TIME YELLOW GOLD ROMAN DIAL LIMITED EDITION

Produced since the early 1920s, the Cartier Tank Cintrèe is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful watches ever made. With its large, slender, and arching case, it has always been a timeless watch, coveted by collectors around the world. Over the years, Cartier produced several variations of this iconic model. Some of the most sought after are certainly the limited edition models like this Cintrèe Dual Time. By the term “Dual Time” we mean a Cartier Cintrèe equipped with two separate hand-wound mechanisms that allow it to display two different time zones simultaneously.
