ROLEX KING MIDAS YELLOW GOLD GOLD REF. 4315
At the end of the 1950s, Rolex entrusted Charles Gerald Genta, the very famous Swiss designer of watches and jewelry, with the design of an innovative and important jewel-watch. Taking inspiration from ancient Greece and its mythology, Gérald Genta chose the name of King Midas for his watch. The very first Rolex King Midas was reference 9630 and was produced from about 1961 to 1972. Very few examples of this Rolex watch were made: about 800 in yellow gold and 150 in white gold. Later, other Midas references were produced with similar characteristics, but they were not identical to the original. In the second series King Midas (reference 3580) the word “MIDAS” was gradually replaced by “CELLINI”, the third series King Midas (reference 4315) had a thinner bracelet, a caseback with screws and a single fold bracelet clasp. The present example belongs to the third series.
This Rolex King Midas ref. 4315 is an exceptional example of this rare and sought-after reference. The overall conditions are exceptionally good. The case has some light signs of wear but it has most likely never been polished and has all the original shapes and angles, the dial is perfect without defects, the bracelet is intact, has no stretch and comes with all the gold stamps still present. Even the engravings on the caseback, case side and caseback are still present and well defined. All components are correct for the production year : Cellini signed dial, single fold bracelet clasp, caseback with screws.

UNIVERSAL GENEVE CLOISONNE
Enamelling is an art used by artisans since the beginning of haute horlogerie to embellish the most precious watches. The most refined type of enamelling is undoubtedly cloisonné enamelling. Cloisonné enamelling consists of dividing the surface of the dial with gold wires to outline the design, and then filling these divisions with coloured enamels. The dial of this time-only wristwatch Universal Geneve is made using this technique, making this watch an exceptionally beautiful and rare timepiece.
The present Cloisonnè Universal Geneve, depicting a battle between mounted and armored warriors, is truly a stunning wristwatch. As one of the few Universal Geneve watches with a cloisonné dial, it is a rarity in itself, but the uniqueness of the depiction on the dial makes it even more desirable. Indeed, the most common Cloisonnè dials motifs are landscapes, animals, cities or continents. The depiction of a battle on a cloisonné dial is extremely rare to find.
With an exceptionally well-preserved dial, a case that has never been touched, and even the original leather bracelet, this Universal Geneve is undoubtedly a true treasure for the watch collector.
AUDEMARS PIGUET HUITIEME PLATINUM PERPETUAL CALENDAR CHRONOGRAPH REF. 25751PT
The Huitieme models were introduced by Audemars Piguet in mid-80’s. Characterized by the “Audemars Piguet” signature on the bezel, an automatic self-winding caliber, a 40mm case diameter the Huitieme series are true AP classics which are now being rediscovered by collectors.
The present example is by far one of the most rare and sought after Huitieme models ever manufactured by Audemars Piguet. Coming with a platinum case and equipped with a matching platinum factory bracelet, it’s desirability is further enhanced by the presence of caliber 2226 with perpetual calendar, chronograph, moon phases, leap year indication complications.
At the time of purchase the present timepiece was most likely one the most complicated Huitieme model available on Audemars Piguet catalog. Very few has been manufactured an far less survived in collectible condition over the years. Exceptionally preserved, it was kept with utmost care and attention over the years. Case shows just some light signs of wear, caliber is clean and running, dial is totally flawless.
The watch comes with an Audemars Piguet Extract from the Archives confirming production date in 1995.

GERALD GENTA ASSIMETRIC MOP DIAL BOX AND PAPERS
GĂ©rald Genta is considered one of the most famous modern watchmakers and is known for having created the Royal Oak and the Nautilus. He founded his own brand in 1969 creating masterpieces under the Genta name. In the early 2000s, a new era began for the company when Bvlgari acquired the brand.
This watch is an exceptional and rare asymmetrical Gerald Genta wristwatch. The watchmaking master probably took inspiration from the Cartiers of the 1930s, creating a watch with an oblique case and a dial centered in the upper right side of the case. This asymmetrical GG is further embellished by the mother-of-pearl dial and the finely decorated bezel with pyramid motif. The watch is perfectly preserved, the dial has no cracks, the 18k yellow gold case has never been polished, the manual winding movement works perfectly and the original deployant is still present.

CARTIER ASYMETRIQUE PLATINUM LIMITED EDITION REF. A113
The Tank AsymĂ©trique is another design masterpiece from Cartier. The case has a very special oblique shape, more precisely the shape of a parallelogram. The dial is also unique in its kind, as it follows the shape of the case, so it’s asymmetrical and the 12 o’clock is centered in the upper right side of the parallelogram. The Tank AsymĂ©trique was originally launched in 1932. Over the years, Cartier has revived this model with several limited editions like this one.
This Cartier Tank AsymĂ©trique Ref. A113 is a limited edition of only 100 pieces that was released in 1996. With its platinum case, hand-wound movement and fitted with the signature cabochon, this Tank is an exceptionally rare watch that’s highly sought after by collectors. The condition is exceptional, there are signs of wear on the case, but it appears to be unpolished. The dial is perfect and flawless, the movement works perfectly. The original white gold Cartier signed deployant is still present.
